Single garages comprise 1 set double barn-style doors, 2 fixed window panes, each 2' x 2' (60cm x 60cm) and a personnel door. Garages can be constructed with either apex or pent roofs, but the apex is traditional.
Double garages comprise 2 sets of double barn-style doors, 2 fixed windows and a personnel door. Framing for double garages is 100mm x 50mm.
Framing for single garages is 75mm x 38mm pressure treated timber.
All other timber used is 19mm thick tongue and groove. Standard roofing is a polyester based roofing felt. Ironmongery is galvanised and the building is treated externally with a base coat of Butinox No 1or Sadolin wood preservative. You will need to retreat the building as soon as possible after delivery.
