The Laggan - Bayfront Summerhouses | Print |
The Laggan is a combination of two other styles. The back of the building is as a traditional summerhouse, with an elongated octagonal front. This has been quite popular as many people like the curved frontage, but having the traditionally square back optimises the floor space. These buildings also comprise double doors with 1 fixed window and 1 opening window either side.

Summerhouses are constructed using 19mm tongue and groove redwood weatherboard on a smooth 70mm x 40mm frame. Roofs and floors also use 19mm thick boards and the roof is finished, as standard, with a polyester based roofing felt.

The prices shown above include VAT, delivery and erection, onto a suitably level site, within a 50-mile radius of Errol. A delivery charge of £2.00 per mile over the boundary may be made on longer deliveries. There is a 10% discount for anyone wishing to uplift the summerhouse from the workshop and erect it themselves.
