Standard garage specification is as follows:
Single Garages :
Framing : 3" x 1 1/2" (75mm 38mm) pressure treated
Wall Cladding : 19mm tongue and groove redwood
weatherboard
Roof : 16mm tongue and groove sarking and polyester based roofing felt
Doors : 1set of 'barn-style' double doors 7' (2.16) wide x 6'6" (1.98m) high
Eaves height : 7' (2.16m)
Double Garages :
As above but using 4" x 2" (100mm x 50mm) pressure treated framing.
Doors : 2sets of 'barn-style' double doors, each set 7' (2.1m) wide x 6'6" (1.98m) high.
All buildings are treated with one coat of Butinox No1 or Sadolin wood stain. You will need to re-treat your building as soon as possible following delivery.

Pressure treated close boarded and strapped cladding
