Some buildings may be subject to planning permission or building control. In general you are permitted up to 30m ² , however planning rules may vary depending on which council area you live in. Building permission may be required, dependent on the size and style of your intended building.

Gillies & Mackay can provide technical drawings and location maps to assist with the planning process and, for an additional cost, apply for planning permission or a building warrant on your behalf.
