Introduction
Gillies and Mackay’s (G&M from here on) Privacy Policy sets out the ways G&M processes personal data. It only relates to information collected by G&M via website, order forms, emails, telephone calls, survey forms.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data provided to G&M by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they access other websites, using links provided, these are outside the control of G&M. Where enquiries are made by email, your email address will be kept on file for the purposes of administrating your enquiry. This is the first point of data collection. G&M holds your personal data in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation. At the present time, we do not accept card payments over the internet.
