All our sheds are constructed using 19mm thick tongue and groove redwood timber:
Walls: 40mm x 50mm framing (up to and including 3m x 2.4m (10'x 8')) 40mm x 75mm framing (3m x 2.4m (10' x 8') and over) 19mm redwood weatherboard Roof: 40mm x 50mm framing, 16mm whitewood sarking board, polyester based, 40kg roofing felt Floor: 75mm x 50mm pressure treated framing, 19mm flooring boards
Exposed ironmongery galvanised.
Fitted press lock. Assembled onto 75mm x 50mm pressure treated bearers and concrete blocks. Treated with a base coat of Butinox No 1 oil-based, microporous preservative, available in a choice of colours.

Blocks are approx 4" high and bearers approx 3". Blocks and bearers are supplied with the shed .
*NB: Apex style sheds have a 75mm (3") overhang on the gable and a 50mm (2") overhang on the side walls. For example, an 8' x 6' shed roof area would actually be 8'6" x 6'4". Important if you are placing the shed close to a fence or wall, although this is not something we would recommend.
All timber comes from sustainable sources and is hard sorted prior to use. Each building carries the name of the manufacturing joiner.
