SUMMERHOUSE CONSTRUCTION:

Framing:   70mm x 40mm finished CLS
Cladding: 19mm redwood tongue and groove board
Roofing:    19mm redwood sarking an polyester based 40kg roofing felt (Option of felt shingles available on request)
Floor:         19mm redwood flooring boards

Door and window furniture included with 3-lever lock
Treated with a base coat of Butinox No 1 oil-based, microporous preservative, available in a choice of colours
Assembled on to concrete blocks and pressure treated timber bearers.


It is recommended, but not required, that you provide a slabbed base for your summerhouse, as this makes it looker neater all round and provides a solid, sound base for the summerhouse. We are happy to estimate for providing a slabbed base.
